Automated FIAT payment

We need to automate FIAT payouts to contacts who have requested payment via FIAT currency with the ability to pay them based on 1 of two FIAT equivalent values. Either the value of HNT at the time the reward was earned OR the value of HNT at the time of the report being generated.
When a commission report is generated, for commissions set to 'X' Fiat currency' HNT should be automatically converted into the chosen currency based on the present value of HNT at the time the reward was earned OR based on the value of HNT at the time the report was generated for the selected period.
The total HNT to be converted from each reward earned should equal the contacts % commission settings and payments should be made automatically through the administrators selected FIAT payment preference for each contact (Paypall etc).

I agree.
it's easier for the host if they are paid in FIAT and if not fully automated I should still be able to mark hosts as 'Paid" even if I don't have a method set up to pay them in HNT.
