Is this still an issue for you Lawrence LeBlanc?
Brian
Lawrence LeBlanc Daniel Andrade I do not have a mac but was able to use SauceLabs.com to take a look. It see it not showing anything in Safari 13 on both Catalina and High Sierra (at all), and actually does not seem to be working with Safari 12 on either High Sierra or Mojave as well.
I was able to reproduce the issue in Chrome 94 on High Sierra while searching for 2 different hotspots. When going to the homepage, app.hotspotty.net, the map works as expected, but after searching and clicking on a hotspot to open it the map did not load. Trying to look at the dev tools and refreshing the page a few times, the map did end up showing up in Chrome 94 on High Sierra.
I did notice when the map was not showing up on the page, two errors seemed to be common:
- api.hotspotty.net 401 auth error (is-logged-in)
- ingest.sentry.io/api getting a 429 error due to rate limit

Brian: Thank you very much!

Lawrence LeBlanc is it still happening? I wasn't able to reproduce.

Daniel Andrade: Yes, on all browsers on the Macintosh. Chrome, Brave, Safari. Happens also on my Android phone. My Kindle tablet seems to be the only one that shows an actual map. I've disabled all ad blockers, etc and it's the same. It's an older Mac, so that might be the issue. OS info attached.

Lawrence LeBlanc: Could it be your internet blocking it? Can you try opening from a different Wifi? Can you also open the website with the inspector showingsays and see what the console say.

Daniel Andrade: HI Daniel. Seems to be working now. I have to refresh every time I first go to a page or hotspot, but it appears after a refresh now.

Lawrence LeBlanc: We fixed a few things today, can you check if it is still giving errors for you?
Thanks

Daniel Andrade: Thanks Daniel. It all seems to be working. Same errors from ...sentri.io but otherwise all seems to be working now. Thank you!
