Hello. Update the applications as requested, download the helium walet app, the complete processor, I made the migration. Everything was fine. Days later when I see that there is no variation in the wallet, I access Helium Hotspot and see that my hotspot no longer appears, unlike before. I tried to add it but the app doesn't detect it. No hotspot has ever appeared in the Hotspotty app, when I try to add it here, it detects it, I follow the process and in the end it gives an error. Error: error /y/ Gateway onboarding bleerror: characteristic df3b16ca-c985-4da2-a6d2-9b9b9abdb858 write failed for device 60:81:F9:6D:7E:FC and service 0fda92b2-44a2-4af2-84f5-fa682baa2b8d. / also sometimes says: Failed. This hotspot has another owner. / I don't know what to do to make the hotspot appear or allow me to add it and so I can work since it appears inactive when I verify it through Hotspotty on the PC.
